The Eagles have their entire draft class under contract.
Third-round linebacker Jordan Hicks agreed to his deal on Thursday, which means that all six picks from Chip Kelly’s first draft running the personnel show in Philadelphia have been signed.
Hicks and the Eagles met several times during the pre-draft process and Kelly said in a press conference after making the pick that Hicks was “by far” the highest-rated player left on their board. Hicks had injury and off-field issues at Texas, but Kelly said the team was comfortable on both fronts with a player who they think can play all three downs.
