Neil Paine at FiveThirtyEight has put together a fun feature (well, it's fun if you're not from northeast Ohio) showing that entering their 20th season since returning to the NFL, the Cleveland Browns are basically right back where they started: an expansion-quality team. This includes several tables of data, including just how much draft capital the Browns have had in the last two decades, and just how bad they have been at using it. My favorite table is actually the last -- it's largely arbitrary, but it does show how teams that have undergone the most upheaval (and Cleveland wins that contest going away) have had the most trouble winning games, while the top franchises are those that have maintained the most stability.
