The Atlanta Falcons and free-agent defensive tackle Terrell McClain reached an agreement Friday.
Atlanta announced the signing. Vaughn McClure of ESPN reported it's a one-year contract.
McClain, 29, spent the 2017 season with Washington. He recorded 20 tackles and two sacks in 12 games, starting just two contests after being passed up on the depth chart by Stacy McGee. Washington released McClain in April after selecting defensive linemen Da'Ron Payne and Tim Settle in the NFL draft.
McClain visited the San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins, among others, in his free-agency process.
