Take 2: Don't write off the Steelers or Packers yet

Pro Football Weekly's Hub Arkush and Dan McCaleb discuss which of the struggling perennial postseason clubs can turn it around

Arkush: Dan, we know that somewhere over the past decade or two the NFL came to stand for Not For Long as well as National Football League. Things can change in a heartbeat these days, and the league does show rapid changes in the standings from year-to-year with one-year wonders in every division.

But we also know there have been certain teams we could always count on for sustained excellence, such as the Packers, who've made seven straight playoff appearances; the Bengals, who've been in the playoffs five straight seasons; the Steelers, who've been in the playoffs the past two seasons and four of the past six; and the Colts, who've been to the playoffs 13 of the past 16 seasons.
