The Baltimore Ravens will be without one of their top playmakers for at least their next game. Steve Smith Sr. has microfractures in his back and has been ruled out for the team’s Week 5 game against the Cleveland Browns.
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh confirmed the news during a sideline interview from the Michigan-Maryland game Saturday as he was supporting his brother, Jim.
“I think he’s going to be OK in the long run,” Harbaugh said of Smith to CSN Mid-Atlantic. “He’s got some small microfractures in his back (from) what I’ve been told. They ruled him out for the Cleveland game.
