NFL Week 15 - Arizona Cardinals general manager Steve Keim is taking an indefinite, health-related leave of absence. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, VP of Player Personnel Quentin Harris and VP of Pro Personnel Adrian Wilson will jointly handle duties in the interim.

Keim first joined the Cardinals in 1999 as a regional scout, working his way up to vice president of player personnel in 2012.
