The Cowboys signed wide receiver Dez Bryant to a five-year contract last week in the latest in a series of developments this offseason that have executive vice president Stephen Jones feeling pretty good about his team as training camp approaches.
Jones said that the additions of defensive end Greg Hardy, cornerback Byron Jones, defensive end Randy Gregory and others to go with Bryant, Tony Romo and the rest of the returning members of last year’s NFC East champs has left the Cowboys with “one of the better” teams they’ve had in a while.
