Cleveland Browns linebacker Armonty Bryant will not play in Sunday’s game at Kansas City after he and safety De’Ante Saunders were arrested Friday morning in a traffic stop.
To attend to the legal matter, Bryant did not travel with the team. Browns General Manager Ray Farmer said Saturday that the episode was subject to the N.F.L.’s personal conduct policy.
No details about Bryant’s arrest were immediately available, but Saunders was charged with driving under the influence after being stopped in Brook Park, a suburb of Cleveland, at 2:16 a.m. Friday, the police said. He was driving 75 miles per hour in a 60 m.
