Tim Tebow was expected to sign a one-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday, according to several news media reports citing people who requested anonymity. Tebow, a quarterback, has not played in the N.F.L. since 2012, with the Jets. He was released by the New England Patriots before the 2013 season.
