Los Angeles Rams cornerback Darius Williams is expected to join the Jacksonville Jaguars on a three-year deal worth up to $39 million, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The contract includes $18 million guaranteed, a source told ESPN's Dan Graziano.
It will mark a homecoming for Williams, who was born in Jacksonville.
Williams will join a loaded free-agent haul for the Jaguars that includes wide receivers Christian Kirk and Zay Jones, tight end Evan Engram, guard Brandon Scherff, linebacker Foyesade Oluokun and defensive tackle Folorunso Fatukasi.
