This year, we've changed the rules: the penalty for wide receivers is now based on a minimum of three targets, rather than a minimum of two catches. So go out and pick up that guy who's gonna get one catch a week, as long as they throw him a couple of incomplete passes too! Teams are due by midnight on Saturday night September 12.
