Scott Chandler may be at the end of his NFL road.
The veteran tight end acknowledged in a weekend Facebook post that his playing days could be over following a second knee surgery to repair a torn ACL.
"Another knee surgery yesterday," Chandler wrote. "This game gives and takes. The surgery will take me out of next season, and probably keep me from playing again."
Chandler spent 2015 with the Patriots, contributing 23 receptions for 259 yards and four touchdowns in 15 games (four starts). He came to New England after a five-season stint with the Bills.
