Rolling Stone's Stephen Rodrick published a lengthy feature on the life and mind of one Russell Wilson on Tuesday.
It's a good read, as Rodrick does a great job of noticing details and seeing how they jibe with the Seattle Seahawks quarterback's reputation as a compulsive hard worker with prodigious patience and a doggedly positive mindset in all things.
The story also brings to light Wilson's almost manic dedication to the brands in his life.
At one point in the story, Rodrick mentions a moment where Wilson claimed Reliant Recovery Water—a sports recovery drink in which he is a personal investor—helped him recover from a head injury he suffered while playing the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship Game in January.
