FRISCO, Texas -- Speaking for the first time since suffering a compression fracture in his back on Aug. 25, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo pledged his support to Dak Prescott and emphasized he will do whatever he can to continue his team's success.
Romo also admitted that it has been difficult to watch the team have success as he recovered from his injury not because Prescott has been named the starter, but because he badly wants to be on the field.
Romo read a prepared statement and did not take any questions.
