It’s been almost two years now since Richie Incognito was the subject of allegations of bullying brought up by former Miami Dolphins teammate Jonathan Martin. After an investigation that dragged on for months, investigator Ted Wells determined that Incognito and others (both players and employees) had bullied, used racial insults and provided a hostile environment for players and staff.
Since then, Incognito was out of the league for the 2014 season before signing with the Buffalo Bills this spring. Now, Incognito is speaking out against all of those involved in the investigation.
“Ted Wells came in with a mission against me,” Incognito told Bob Glauber of Newsday.
