RGIII: I just focus on what I can do

Last weekend, former Redskins coach Mike Shanahan took some time during a radio interview to offer his analysis of quarterback Robert Griffin III.

Shanahan was the Washington coach for Griffin’s first two seasons, which saw Griffin lead the team to the playoffs while running an offense geared to his strengths as a runner before a knee injury in a postseason loss to Seattle. His second year was nowhere near as productive as Griffin struggled to adapt his game to a more traditional offensive approach and then struggled again in Jay Gruden’s first season.
