Bills coach Rex Ryan isn’t ready to say what he’s going to do with assistant coach Aaron Kromer, who is accused of hitting a child in an argument over beach chairs.
Ryan did some skydiving and spoke with reporters today, but he didn’t have a lot to add to the team’s statement about Kromer, who is currently on paid leave after his weekend arrest.
“A lot of the process is still going on,” Ryan said, via Mike Rodak of ESPN.
NFL teams don’t always let the process play out before firing, releasing or otherwise disciplining a player or coach, but putting someone on paid leave while waiting for the process to play out has become a standard operating procedure in the NFL in the last year.
