Rex Ryan on penalties: Patriots aren't exactly Boy Scouts

After his team lost to the New England Patriots on Sunday, Rex Ryan admitted that he was outcoached by Bill Belichick in a game that really wasn’t as close as the 40-32 final indicated. But after taking a night to rest and reflect, Ryan got right back to his brash ways.

One of the reasons the Patriots led 37-13 in the third quarter was a complete lack of discipline from the Bills. Buffalo was penalized 14 times, including several 15-yard personal fouls that came after the whistle. When asked about that on Monday, Ryan deflected some attention onto the opponent that beat him.
