Despite another last place finish in the NFC North, the Bears are not expected to make changes at head coach or general manager.
According to ESPN and NFL Network reports, John Fox and Ryan Pace are unlikely to be fired.
The Bears enter Sunday’s season finale with a 3-12 record and their third consecutive last-place finish in the NFC North. A loss to the Vikings would mark the franchise’s first 13-loss season since the NFL expanded to a 16-game schedule in 1978 and first ever 0-8 mark on the road.
Fox went 6-10 in his first year with the Bears in 2015, the first of a rebuilding process following a 5-11 debacle under Marc Trestman and GM Phil Emery in 2014.
