NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll will reportedly be deposed by Colin Kaepernick's legal team later this month.
According to the Washington Post's Rick Maese, Kaepernick's legal representative are "expected to meet" with Goodell as part of the collusion grievance against the league's owners.
The grievance, which was filed in October, alleges the league and its owners "have colluded to deprive Mr. Kaepernick of employment rights in retaliation for Mr. Kaepernick's leadership and advocacy for equality and social justice and his bringing awareness to peculiar institutions still undermining racial equality in the United States.
