Center Bryan Stork failed his physical with the Washington Redskins on Saturday, meaning his trade from the New England Patriots has been reversed, according to Chris Cooley of ESPN.
The Redskins will also retain the seventh-round conditional draft pick they swapped for Stork.
Stork was traded on Wednesday after reports initially emerged that he had been cut by the Patriots. Reports then emerged that Stork was considering retiring instead of reporting to the Redskins.
Stork has started 17 games for the Patriots since being drafted in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL draft.
