Despite Bill O'Brien leading the Texans to consecutive playoff appearances in his first three seasons, Fox Sports' Jay Glazer floated on Twitter Sunday morning O'Brien could be a surprise name to part ways with the franchise if their postseason trip is short.
The Texans clinched the AFC South despite a highly disappointing inaugural campaign for Brock Osweiler, sporting a 14:16 touchdown-to-interception ratio, in part paving the way for his Week 15 benching in favor of Tom Savage. O'Brien had been praised by Texans ownership for pulling the trigger on the benching at the time, but their relationship reportedly isn't the best.
