Report: Arrest warrant issued for Cleveland Browns WR Josh Gordon in paternity case

An arrest warrant was issued Aug. 31 for Browns receiver Josh Gordon in a paternity case due to failing to respond to several subpoenas, first reported by cleveland.com.

Gordon is still serving his four-game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy, and the warrant was authorized by Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court Judge Alison Floyd.

Christina Lockhart filed the complaint in juvenile court alleging Gordon is the father of her 1-year-old daughter. Per cleveland.com, Lockhart filed the complaint July, 2, 2015 alleging no one else but Gordon is presumed to be the father.

Gordon reportedly did not submit a DNA sample by Sept.
