Washington linebacker Khairi Fortt will reportedly play Sean Taylor on a television show about the late defensive back's murder.
On Saturday, TMZ Sports reported Fortt will play Taylor on Investigation Discovery's The Perfect Murder. The episode will air in June and portray how police helped solve the 2007 murder of Taylor.
Fortt's father, Guy Fortt, is playing Taylor's father, and he suggested to producers that the linebacker portray the two-time Pro Bowler. That landed Fortt an audition and ultimately the role.
Taylor, who played for Washington during his career, was shot in his Miami home during a burglary attempt.
