After his record-setting 40-yard dash at the NFL Scouting Combine, Texas wide receiver Xavier Worthy is quickly rising up draft boards.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported on Sunday that Worthy's performance was so eye-opening that he vastly improved his chances of being a first-round pick.
"Thought there was a pretty decent chance, maybe, that he wouldn't slip into the first round, kind of late in the first round before the run," Rapoport said. "Now, I'd say there's a really good chance he gets in the first round, potentially even the fourth receiver taken."
