The Oakland Raiders have had a tough first season under head coach Jon Gruden, and the changes keep coming even after the team's best victory of the season.
According to NFL Network, GM Reggie McKenzie had a meeting with the team's scouting staff to let them know that he had been fired. The report indicated that McKenzie had the option to stay with the team through the end of the season but passed on that following Oakland's 24-21 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Gruden was asked following Sunday's game about reports that McKenzie would be out as GM, but he offered a vague "no comment" that clearly spoke volumes then before the news broke Monday.
