Quick takeaways from Week 2 noon games: Washington's Cousins playing with weight of $20 million tender on his shoulders

Here are Arthur Arkush's five quick takeaways from the noon slate in Week Two:

1. It's apparent Kirk Cousins is playing with the weight of a $20 million franchise tag on his shouders. The NFL's completion percentage leader in 2015, Cousins made a ton of errant passes for the second consecutive week, including a pair of overthrows on would-be touchdowns in Washington's second consecutive home loss, 27-23 to the Cowboys.

Cousins surpassed 300 yards for the second week in a row, and threw a nice touchdown to Jamison Crowder, but his inaccuracy and staring down receivers in the fourth quarter were the biggest culprits in Washington's failure to capitalize on plenty of Dallas gifts and a big-time performance from prize CB Josh Norman.
