Prominent NFL agent Parker dies of cancer at 60

Football agent Eugene Parker of Relativity Sports, whose client list included Hall of Famers Deion Sanders and Emmitt Smith, died Thursday night. He was 60.

"The family of Eugene Parker is deeply saddened to report the loss of their beloved husband and father," read a statement from Parker's family. "Eugene passed away on March 31, 2016 after a brief and heroic battle with cancer."

Parker, who was diagnosed with kidney cancer in November, was known as the most prominent and distinguished African-American agent. His other Hall of Fame clients include Rod Woodson, Walter Jones and Curtis Martin.
