Boca Raton (Fla.) police were called to Life Time Athletic, where a gym member told police that he was jogging on an outdoor track when he saw an apparently angered Incognito. The man said he tried to calm Incognito, but the free-agent NFL guard allegedly threw a tennis ball at his foot, hit him with a weighted sled and threw two weights at him, both of which missed.
Incognito also was said to be yelling obscenities, had ripped up a boxing mannequin and slammed his knee into it. The gym's staff told police that he had thrown things at employees there and handed officers Incognito's concealed weapons permit.
