The Pittsburgh Steelers have had a strange season starting it with a three-game suspension of All-Pro running back Le’Veon Bell and then losing Ben Roethlisberger right about the halfway point to a minor knee scope.
Roethlisberger’s injury started the Steelers on a rare four-game losing streak but the fourth game was actually a classic 35-30 loss to the Cowboys in which Big Ben returned to top form and the Pittsburgh defense, which has struggled to rebuild all year, snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in the final minute.
Pittsburgh snapped the losing skid last Sunday with a 24-9 win over Cleveland and is now in a tie atop the AFC North with Baltimore at 5-5.
