Peyton on Brady emails referencing him: No harm, no foul

During Wednesday’s hearing in New York, Tom Brady’s lawyer Jeffrey Kessler pointed to the release of an email about pool covers that was part of the lawsuit filed by the NFLPA as an example of the privacy concerns that led Brady to not fully cooperate with Ted Wells’s investigation into Deflategate.

Among the other emails released in that filing were some referencing Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning, who has had many memorable clashes with Brady over the years. One of them had Brady responding to a friend last season when asked about the rate of decline of both players and Brady wrote that he thought Manning had two years left in the NFL.
