Tom Brady and Peyton Manning went against each other for the 17th time, and an unusual result unfolded in Sunday's AFC Championship Game at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
Manning and the Denver Broncos knocked off the New England Patriots 20-18 to secure a berth in Super Bowl 50, as the victorious quarterback improved his record to 6-11 against his legendary counterpart—and largely outplayed him.

Brady didn't go out without a fight, driving the Patriots into the red zone on three late possessions and throwing a fourth-down touchdown to tight end Rob Gronkowski with 12 seconds left for the final points of the game.
