As a rookie in 2016, quarterback Jacoby Brissett learned from New England Patriots great Tom Brady.
Now back with the Patriots, Brissett is taking on a mentoring role of his own with rookie quarterback Drake Maye. Per ESPN's Mike Reiss, Brissett had high praise for Maye, who was the No. 3 pick in the NFL draft.
"He has a lot of talent. He can make all the throws. He wants to learn football," Brissett said. "He wants to get better. That's what you want, in not only your quarterback, but anybody on the team.
"I'm excited to work with him.
