New England Patriots defensive back Jabrill Peppers is reportedly no longer on the NFL's Commissioner exempt list.
NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported Monday that Peppers was removed from the list. He was placed on the list on Oct. 9 and not allowed to practice, play or attend games until he was removed. He missed seven games in all but is now eligible to return.
Peppers was placed on the exempt list following an arrest and not-guilty plea on charges of "assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, strangulation, and possession of a Class B substance believed to be cocaine," per ESPN's Mike Reiss.
