Panthers Owner Jerry Richardson Paying for Entire Staff to Go to Super Bowl 50

There are certain professional sports franchises that people dream of working for because of the way they treat their employees.

If it wasn't clear before, the Carolina Panthers organization does things the right way.

After finishing with an NFL-best record of 15-1 in the regular season, Carolina defeated both the Seattle Seahawks and the Arizona Cardinals to win the NFC. Now, the Panthers are headed to San Francisco for Super Bowl 50. And when I say "Panthers," I mean everyone in the organization.

On Monday, Panthers president Danny Morrison revealed that team owner Jerry Richardson will be paying for every employee in the organization—yes, even interns—to go to the Bay Area to see the team play the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl:
