It took more than a month for arbitrator Harold Henderson to decide whether to reduce the suspension of Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy. It has now taken Hardy one full month and counting to determine whether to try to get the suspension reduced even further.
Per a source with knowledge of the situation, Hardy still hasn’t made a decision regarding a potential lawsuit following the July 10 ruling that dropped his suspension from 10 games to four — two more than Hardy contends he should have received under the version of the Personal Conduct Policy in effect at the time he violated it.
