The Tennessee Titans plan to stick with starting quarterback Will Levis if he is healthy despite his four-to-six touchdown/interception ratio through Week 4, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
Levis suffered a shoulder injury in the first quarter of his last start on Monday, only to watch as backup Mason Rudolph led the Titans to a 31-12 win over the Miami Dolphins.
Titans head coach Brian Callahan told reporters after Monday's win that Levis would "100 percent" remain the starter if healthy, a statement that Fowler described as "not lip service to my understanding.
