The Pittsburgh Steelers might not see much of defensive lineman Cameron Heyward in the immediate future.
ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported Wednesday that Heyward, who is entering the final season of his contract, has not been present at voluntary offseason workouts and is also planning on sitting out OTAs because he wants a new deal.
It's certainly a change for Heyward considering Fowler noted the veteran has never missed an offseason program.
He has been with the Steelers his entire career since they selected him with a first-round pick in the 2011 NFL draft.
