Veteran cornerback Kendall Fuller has agreed to a two-year, $16.5 million contract with the Miami Dolphins in free agencyfollowing four seasons with the Washington Commanders, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
Fuller began his NFL career in Washington after being selected by the franchise in the third round of the 2016 draft out of Virginia Tech.
He spent two seasons with the Commanders before being traded to the Kansas City Chiefs ahead of the 2018 campaign in the deal that sent veteran quarterback Alex Smith to Washington.
Fuller emerged as a solid contributor for Kansas City in 2018 and 2019, posting two interceptions, 14 passes defended, one forced fumble, one sack and 98 tackles in 26 games.
