Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys are reportedly getting closer to an agreement in extension negotiations.
According to Clarence Hill of DLLS, "progress has been made" in contract talks between both sides and a potential new extension is "closer than it has been." Hill also noted that the length of the deal is "not a sticking point" in discussions.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport previously reported on Wednesday that Prescott and the Cowboys were "not close" on a new contract.
