Veteran wide receiver Marquise Brown is expected to sign to a one-year deal worth up to $11 million with the Kansas City Chiefs, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

After eclipsing 1,000 receiving yards in 2021, Brown requested and was granted a trade from the Baltimore Ravens. Landing with the Arizona Cardinals, who had Kyler Murray coming off back-to-back Pro Bowls, was an opportunity to take his game to a new level.
It was also a sign of intent from the Cardinals, who gave up a first-round pick in the hope Brown would aid in Murray's development.
