Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco is expected to miss "real time" after initial tests revealed a fractured fibula and be placed on injured reserve, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Pacheco left Arrowhead Stadium in a walking boot and crutches on Sunday night following the team's 26-25 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, per Rapoport.
Pacheco appeared to sustain the injury after was tackled by two Bengals defenders on Kansas City's final drive in the fourth quarter. He left the game and did not return.
