NFL roster cuts 2016: Teams cut down to 75 players

As the NFL regular season continues to rapidly approach, teams are starting the task of cutting down their rosters to a final 53 players.

The first step in this process is trimming rosters down to 75 players, which team’s have until Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET. to do.

A few big moves have already been made, with nose tackle Terrance Knighton announcing he had been cut by the New England Patriots and the Cleveland Browns parting ways with veteran defensive end Paul Kruger, who started 46 games over the last three seasons.
