The NFL is not expected require players, coaches or staffers to get a COVID-19 vaccination despite league chief medical officer Dr. Allen Sills' hope that those eligible for the treatment take advantage of it, according to ESPN's Kevin Seifert.
In a Thursday appearance on the NFL Network, Sills said the league has "no intention" to require the vaccine. The NFL is, however, working on combating vaccine hesitancy.
"What we are focusing on is education," Sills said. "We want everyone to have the facts."
