The Detroit Lions have added to their quarterback depth.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported that quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is coming out of retirement and is "expected" to sign with the Lions.
Bridgewater last played in the 2023 season for the Lions. He spent the 2024 season as the head coach of Miami Northwestern High School, his alma mater. He led the Bulls to a Florida Class 3A state championship.
