Justin Fields is heading to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Chicago Bears traded the 2021 11th overall pick to the Steelers for a 2025 sixth-round pick that can convert into a fourth-round pick based on playtime. The deal lands him in a quarterback room that recently signed Russell Wilson, and the expectation is that Fields will play behind Wilson.
It was expected that the Bears would trade Fields, as they'll likely take a quarterback with the first pick in the 2024 NFL draft. What wasn't expected was for the Bears to give him away for a relatively low cost.
