Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis is coming off a decent first year in the league and looking to turn heads in his second season.
Ahead of the 2024 campaign, one NFL defensive coordinator said he doesn't "see the upside" but admitted that it was difficult to gauge Levis' performance in his limited action with a less-than-stellar offensive line.
"It's hard to judge him on last year because their line was so bad," a defensive coordinator said, per The Athletic's Mike Sando. "I'll give him a 4, but if I'm being honest, I think next year is maybe a 3 and that's it.
