After helping the Kansas City Chiefs improve to 7-0 with a 27-20 win over the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, star quarterback Patrick Mahomes received praise from an opposing coach for his ability to continue producing under pressure.
The coach told The Athletic's Mike Sando that Mahomes' control of the offense even while improvising is a key reason for Kansas City's impressive win streak.
"It takes a lot of effort to get everyone on the same page for the scramble drill," the coach said. "The only guys who can do it when you need it in a pinch are the veterans.
