NFL Offseason - The New York Giants are acquiring Las Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller in a trade, according to a report from NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
New York will send a third-round compensatory pick (No. 100 overall) to secure Waller.
Waller posted back-to-back top-three DYAR seasons in 2019 and 2020, leading all tight ends in DYAR in 2019. However, he has failed to reach the same highs in the last two seasons. Waller has played in 20 games over the last two seasons, finishing 38th and 22nd in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
