Every year on this site, we do a piece on the subjective opinions of each of our writers, trying to guess which teams and players will exceed or fall short of our simulated projections. That piece always runs just before the start of the NFL season -- which means it runs a week or two into the college football season, and that means the "predictions" of our college writers can look silly before the piece is even published. So this year, we're giving our college experts a chance to show their wisdom (or lack thereof) before the first NCAA games of the season.
